Description

Our Daisy chain helps you overcome weak points in exercises. Like at the bottom of leg press, hack squat, smith press and the like.

By setting up the Daisy chain and accompanying elastic, you can manipulate the resistance curve (when an exercise is hard and easiest) - In this way, you can make the hardest point easier.

With our Daisy chain, you can therefore train the selected muscle more effectively. Stop "going dead" at the bottom of an exercise.

In the package you will find:
- 1 daisy chain (length 140 cm)
- 1 elastic band (length 110 cm)
- 1 quality climbing carabiner

HOOKIT

SHORT or LONG?

The only difference is the length, hence the names.

HookIt Short is easier to use in your upper body training, but can only be used around the ankles if you have small feet.

HookIt Long is designed so that they can also be used for leg and buttock exercises. However, they can also easily be used for upper body training, where they are simply longer.

Reliable and versatile

Very strong and reliable fabric that doesn’t seem like it will fail on you at any point. And it can also be used for all sorts of stuff in the gym!
