Hvad bruges lifting straps til?

StrapIt lifting straps bruges til at forbedre grebet under styrketræning. De er særligt populære til dødløft, rows, shrugs, RDL og lat pulldowns, hvor grebet ofte bliver begrænsningen før musklerne.
