Terms of Trade and Service

These terms apply to the purchase and use of products from MakeIt Denmark ApS when buying through our webshop nowmakeit.eu you accept the conditions below.

2. Ordering and Payment

You can order products through our webshop. Prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We accept payment methods shown on the webshop. Payment is only charged when the item is shipped.

 


3. Delivery

We deliver in Denmark and other EU countries. Delivery times are shown on the webshop and confirmed upon ordering. Any shipping costs are added at checkout.

 


4. Right of Withdrawal (applies only to consumers)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act. The period starts from the day you receive the item. You must pay the return shipping yourself.

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

 


5. Warranty Claims

As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act. This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction – depending on the specific situation.

The claim must be justified, and the defect must not be due to incorrect use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Claims must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect – generally within 2 months.

 


6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of operation, lost data, or other financial losses unless required by mandatory Danish law. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item.

 


7. Operation and Availability

We strive for high uptime and error-free operation of the webshop but do not guarantee that the webshop is always available or free from errors and viruses. Use of the webshop is at your own risk.

 


8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the webshop is also subject to our  privacy policy, where you can read about how we process your personal data. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Agreements made with StrapIt are subject to  Danish law. Disputes will first be attempted resolved amicably. If unsuccessful, the case may be brought before the  Danish courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms continuously. In case of significant changes, you will be informed by email or on the webshop.
