HookIt Cuffs in brown are Danish-produced cable cuffs with a self-adjusting fit and comfortable padding. They provide a stable pull from the cable machine, allowing you to focus on technique and muscle connection rather than loose straps and manual adjustments.
HookIt can be used around both wrists and ankles, making them suitable for glute kickbacks, leg exercises, cable lateral raises, biceps curls, and triceps exercises, among others. The self-adjusting design automatically adapts under tension and makes them easy to put on and take off.

We primarily work with three carefully selected materials: cotton webbing, bio-leather, and sewing thread.
- Our bio-leather is 100% animal-free, comes from Italy, and consists of 90% bio-based and plant-based materials extracted from agricultural by-products. It is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. Learn more at Viridis.
- Our cotton webbing consists of 90% cotton and 10% polyester and is supplied by carefully selected partners in the East.
- Our sewing thread comes from selected German suppliers and is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. This ensures high strength, consistent quality, and traceability.

Maintenance: Wipe your cuffs with a damp cloth after training. Avoid direct water contact and high humidity, let them air dry, and store them in a dry place.

What are HookIt cable cuffs used for?

Can HookIt be used for both ankles and wrists?
Yes. The HookIt has an adjustable fit and can be used around both ankles and wrists. Adjust the cuff so it fits snugly and comfortably, then connect it to the cable machine's carabiner.
What exercises can I use HookIt for?
HookIt can be used for cable kickbacks, hip abductions, leg raises, hamstring curls, lateral raises, bicep curls, and tricep exercises, among others. This makes them suitable for both lower body and upper body training.
How does HookIt differ from traditional cable cuffs?

How do I correctly adjust HookIt?
Place the HookIt around your ankle or wrist, and adjust it so that it fits snugly without causing discomfort. It should be tight enough to stay in place, but still feel comfortable throughout the movement.
How do I clean my HookIt cable cuffs?
Wipe them with a damp cloth as needed, and let them air dry completely. Avoid tumble drying and direct heat, as this can affect the materials and fit.
What is the difference between HookIt Short and Long?
HookIt Short is designed for the wrists, while HookIt Long has extra length and is primarily used around the ankles. Both models have a self-adjusting fit and can be connected to most cable machines with a standard carabiner.

How long is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
