Help me with mind to muscle

These straps have helped me build an even nicer back - as well as helping me with my mind-to-muscle connection - especially when it comes to my unilateral lat exercises.

The straps mean I don't feel nearly as much pain

Makeit's straps have made a huge difference to my training. I've had a lot of trouble with my hands, and the straps mean I don't get nearly as much pain. Plus, I can lift heavier ;)
