Shipment?
We send all our parcels with GLS, and we pack and send every day from Monday to Friday before ten o'clock and expect your parcel to take 1-2 working days to reach you.
Returns and exchanges?
We know that returns can seem overwhelming, but at MakeIt we have made the process as smooth as possible. Here you can exchange your item, choose a different size, or receive a gift card for future orders.
In under 5 minutes you will have your return label and can closely follow the process all the way!
