HookIt Cuffs – Black are Danish-made training cuffs of high quality, designed for both functional training and strength training. With a self-adjusting fit and comfortable padding, HookIt gives you stability so you can focus on technique and muscle engagement in your exercises.

What are HookIt cable cuffs used for?

HookIt cable cuffs are attached around the ankle or wrist and connected to a cable machine. They make it possible to train glutes, legs, shoulders, and arms more effectively without having to hold a traditional cable handle.

Can HookIt be used for both ankles and wrists?

Yes. The HookIt has an adjustable fit and can be used around both ankles and wrists. Adjust the cuff so it fits snugly and comfortably, then connect it to the cable machine's carabiner.

What exercises can I use HookIt for?

HookIt can be used for cable kickbacks, hip abductions, leg raises, hamstring curls, lateral raises, bicep curls, and tricep exercises, among others. This makes them suitable for both lower body and upper body training.

How does HookIt differ from traditional cable cuffs?

HookIt is designed for a stable and adjustable fit, and for free movement during cable exercises. They can be used around both ankles and wrists, allowing you to perform various exercises with the same type of cuff.

Does HookIt fit all cable machines?

HookIt can be used with most cable machines that have a standard carabiner. Securely attach the carabiner to HookIt and always check the connection before beginning the exercise.

How do I correctly adjust HookIt?

Place the HookIt around your ankle or wrist, and adjust it so that it fits snugly without causing discomfort. It should be tight enough to stay in place, but still feel comfortable throughout the movement.

How do I clean my HookIt cable cuffs?

Wipe them with a damp cloth as needed, and let them air dry completely. Avoid tumble drying and direct heat, as this can affect the materials and fit.

What is the difference between HookIt Short and Long?

HookIt Short is designed for the wrists, while HookIt Long has extra length and is primarily used around the ankles. Both models have a self-adjusting fit and can be connected to most cable machines with a standard carabiner.
