All About StrapIt

How do I use StrapIt correctly?

Place StrapIt around your wrist, wrap the strap around the barbell, and tighten your grip so it is secure. The strap should support your grip without being uncomfortable. See our video guide above for a step-by-step demonstration.

What materials is StrapIt made of?

StrapIt is produced in Denmark from organic leather, cotton webbing, and strong sewing thread. The double-reinforced seams provide high durability, even with frequent and heavy strength training.

How does StrapIt improve my grip?

StrapIt relieves strain on your hands and forearms during heavy lifts. It gives you a more stable grip, allowing you to focus on technique, contact, and progression.

What exercises can I use StrapIt for?

StrapIt is suitable for deadlifts, rows, shrugs, and other pulling exercises where grip might otherwise limit your training.

How does StrapIt differ from traditional straps?

StrapIt does not need to be wrapped multiple times around the bar. The user-friendly design stays in place during your workout, making it quick to switch between sets and exercises.

Which size StrapIt should I choose?

Standard fits most people. Short is recommended if you have smaller wrists or prefer a shorter fit. If you're unsure, you can use our size guide or contact us for assistance.

When should you use straps?

Straps are used when your muscles can still work, but your grip starts to fail. They allow you to focus on your back, hamstrings, and glutes without being limited by your forearms.

Is StrapIt suitable for deadlifts?

Yes. StrapIt is designed for pulling exercises and is particularly popular for deadlifts and back training. They provide a stronger grip and help you lift heavier without losing the bar. But they also help with cable exercises and machines

The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
