Narrow Resistance Band in black is a versatile training band for warm-ups, activation, mobility, and strength training. Its compact size makes it easy to use at the gym, at home, or on the go.
The band can be used for, among other things, glute bridges, lateral walks, clamshells, and controlled mobility exercises. It provides resistance throughout the movement and helps you create better control and contact with the muscles you want to train.
The resistance band is sold individually.

Place the band around your legs or feet depending on the exercise. Perform the movements in a controlled manner and choose a placement where you can maintain tension without compromising your technique.
Materials & maintenance
The resistance band is made of a flexible and durable material designed for repeated use during training.
Inspect the band before use. Stop using it if you discover cracks, tears, or other clear signs of damage.
Maintenance: Wipe the band with a slightly damp cloth after training. Let it dry completely and store it away from direct sunlight, high heat, and sharp objects.

We work with three carefully selected materials in our training equipment and lifting straps: cotton webbing, bio-leather, and sewing thread.
Our bio-leather is animal-free, produced in Italy, and made from bio-based materials extracted from agricultural waste. It is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified and developed with a focus on durability and responsible production.

The cotton webbing consists of 90% cotton and 10% polyester and is supplied by carefully selected partners from Asia.
The sewing thread comes from Germany and has been chosen to ensure maximum strength, quality, and traceability.

How long is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
