We know that returns can seem overwhelming, but at MakeIt, we have made the process as smooth as possible. Here you can exchange your item, choose a different size, or get a gift card for future orders.
In under 5 minutes, you'll have your return label and can track the process closely every step of the way!
We send all our parcels with GLS, and we pack and dispatch every day from Monday to Friday before 10 AM, and expect your parcel to take 2-4 working days to reach you.

How long is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
How do I return or exchange my order?
We offer a 100-day return policy. If you wish to return or exchange your order, you can create a return via our return portal. A return label costs DKK 19. You can choose between exchange, gift card, or refund.
