Long straps from MakeIt are Danish-produced lifting straps for heavy pulling exercises where your grip often tires before the muscles you want to train. The extra length allows for more wraps around the bar, providing a strong and stable grip.
The long straps relieve your hands and forearms, allowing you to focus on technique and muscle engagement during deadlifts, rows, and shrugs, among others. They are suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes who want more control during heavy lifts.
The lifting straps are sold as a set of two.

Size and usage
One size: The long design is adjusted by wrapping the strap around the bar until you achieve the desired support and contact.
Place the strap around your wrist and wrap the free end around the bar in the same direction as your grip. Tighten gently by rotating the bar toward you before starting the lift.
Materials & maintenance
The long straps are made from durable materials that combine strength, flexibility, and comfort. The materials include cotton, polyester, and nylon, while heavy-duty stitching contributes to a construction durable enough for repeated use.

Maintenance: Wipe your straps with a damp cloth after training. Avoid direct water contact and high humidity, let them air dry, and store them in a dry place.

Our bio-leather is animal-free, produced in Italy, and made from bio-based materials extracted from agricultural waste. It is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified and developed with a focus on durability and responsible production.

The cotton webbing consists of 90% cotton and 10% polyester and is supplied by carefully selected partners from Asia.
The sewing thread comes from Germany and has been chosen to ensure maximum strength, quality, and traceability.
